This year, especially, we wish to honor the Blessed Virgin, to offer reparation for the denials of certain titles of Our Lady that have come recently from the Vatican. Also, since many countries are consecrated to the Immaculate Conception, including the United States and Paraguay, our recourse to holy Mary as the Immaculate Conception is needed more than ever.
The First Saturday Communion of Reparation is a practice given by Our Lady to Sr. Lucia of Fatima to atone for blasphemies against her privileges. In December, the First Saturday always falls within this novena time, adding to our intention of making reparation.
