\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The January calendar has been reposted.\u00a0 \u00a0The calendar graphic has been updated to account for two Sunday liturgies that are celebrated on weekdays this year.\u00a0 The first one \u2013 Sunday in the Octave of Epiphany<\/em> \u2013 is commemorated on Sunday, January 11, the Feast of the Holy Family<\/em>, but the full Mass is celebrated a day later, on Monday, Jan. 12.\u00a0 The second Sunday liturgy \u2013 the 4th<\/sup> Sunday after Epiphany<\/em> \u2013 is anticipated on Saturday, January 31, the day before Septuagesima<\/em> season begins.<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A few other liturgical points to note: on two Sundays \u2013 the Feast of the Holy Family<\/em> and the Second Sunday after Epiphany<\/em> \u2013 there are 3 commemorations, instead of the usual 2.\u00a0 And on two Sundays \u2013 the Second<\/em> e Third Sundays after Epiphany<\/em> \u2013 the Last Gospel is that of the concurrent Feast Day: The Chair of St. Peter at Rome<\/em> e The Conversion of St. Paul<\/em>, respectively.\u00a0 These feasts are of the Double Major rank and have their proper Gospel read as part of the commemoration.\u00a0<\/p>
